More convenient than a watch, this smart ring will easily monitor your sleep, daily activity, heart rate, blood oxygen and up to 24 different workouts through the free DaRings app, which connects to Strava & Apple health monitoring. The ring battery lasts up to 5 days, and the case provides additional charges up to a month of cable free charging. The battery only takes up to 90 minutes to charge so you'll never be without it for long. When it's time to charge, a 60cm USB-A charging cable is included to charge the ring, and a USB-A to USB-C cable can be used to charge the case (not included).

This ring size is Extra Large (22.4mm inside diameter), which is equivalent to AU/NZ "Z1" or US "13.25" sizes. Please confirm your preferred finger size with a jeweller before purchase.
