Good starter drone for the price
Strong little fella honestly. For a drone that has better range then the other drones similar in size, it has good range, speed and fun abilities. Added bonus for having an external battery instead of internal, so additional modifications are possible. Personally bought it to convert it into an FPV drone and confident that its the best for it. Minus conversion purposes, the drone itself is reliable and fast enough for someone to pick up and have a joyride with. Added obstacles are wack, just cheap cardboard cutouts, but that asides it's generally good overall. One downside is that getting additional spare batteries for this drone is more tedious cause it needs to fit in the battery cage and meet the requirements. Thankfully the battery CLEARLY states the Voltage and Milliampere-hour on it.
Kmart drones better quality for cheaper
Wouldn't call it a racing drone at all. I would rate the cheap Kmart drones at 1/3 the price way better quality. I realize it's just a cheapish toy but still just shy of $100. Cheap build, the charger is nasty cheap. And battery didn't last the minimum 5 minutes. Half the price is in the packaging!
