Should this be an alarm clock? Or just a clock.

Bob27February 2026

Ok, so firstly, someone gave it a 1 star because they couldnt set the time, I dont see how they could not. it was simple to set the time. My reason for the 2 star review is manyfold. 1. The numbers are too bright (in my opinion) for an alarm clock. And there is no way to dim them. 2. The bluetooth function implies you can use bluetooth for your wake up noise, but you cannot. You just have the jarring alarm noise. 3. Speaker quality is quite poor. It is ok at a very low volume though. On the positive side. It has a wireless phone charger on top that works ok. It has a built in battery to ensure you dont miss your alarm if the power goes out. It looks quite nice. Might be ok for an office, but wouldnt recommend it as an alarm clock.

Why can't you dim the light?

Jonathan84August 2026

Why can't you dim the clock? If this was an office clock or a clock for a living/dining space you can get by fine I guess, but for the bedroom its out of the question. The wireless charging works as long as you have a powerful enough wall plug, the BT works, the speakers aren't great but there not horrible either and the build quality isn't nothing crazy. Overall the product is OK with one vital flaw.

Unable to set time.

Looks great. But I spent two hours attempting to set the clock function without success. Not even close. Not much use without the clock.

Bad Design

Dont waste your money on it. The digits are so bright at night it lights up the entire room. Pointless as a bedside clock. my "Cheap" Temu clock even auto dimmed the digits at 7pm Other than that, Have issues where I constantly need to unplug the main power and back in before my phone will charge.
